Payments are conducted in USD via PayPal Invoices.

Commissions must be paid full upfront.

For orders above 65USD, a 50% down payment option is available. The remaining 50% can be paid upon completion of the work.

The prices listed are base prices and may vary based on the character's details and complexity.

Commissions with tight deadlines will be considered rush orders.

Rush order: +25% of the order value.

Confidential order: +20% of the order value.

Commercial use (digital): +50% of the order value.

Commercial use (physical): +100% of the order value.

Once payment has been settled, I will begin sketching your piece, which typically takes 1-7 days.

Throughout the commission process, I will send you sketches for your review, and revisions will be made until we achieve the desired outcome.

The average time to complete an illustration is 1-4 weeks, depending on my commission queue, complexity and other responsabilities.

The final work will be delivered via email, and it is your responsibility to download and store the file.

If I have any problem during the commission, I'll notify you as soon as possible.

Up to 3 major revisions can be made during the sketching phase. Minor revisions will be made until the client is satisfied with the sketches.

Excessive revisions beyond the normal scope may result in additional charges.

Only minor adjustments within reason can be made after the sketching phase.

A fee will be charged for changes to the final drawing, except in cases of misunderstanding from my side.

Changes to previously approved work will incur an extra charge depending on the nature of the change.

The commissioned work can be utilized by the client for personal or commercial purposes, as per the agreed-upon terms.

Proper credit to the artist, @TheusPNG, is required when used.

Personal use includes actions like printing, sharing on social media, and using the artwork as a display photo.

For commercial use, negotiation and formal agreement with the artist are mandatory.

Unless explicitly specified and agreed upon, commissioned pieces are intended for personal use exclusively.

Distribution and usage of the commissioned work on platforms like NFT sites, AI communities, and for AI training purposes are expressly forbidden.

The artist retains full ownership rights over the commissioned artwork.

The artist is entitled to showcase the work in their portfolio, share it on their social media platforms, and document the creation process. This does not apply to orders marked as confidential.

In instances of copyright infringement or violation of agreed-upon terms, the artist holds the authority to blacklist the client.

The artist will not receive additional financial compensation beyond the original agreement unless the client breaches the agreed-upon terms.

It's essential for both parties, the artist and the client, to uphold open communication throughout the process to ensure a clear comprehension of rights and usage permissions.

Falsely claiming ownership by presenting the artwork as one's own original creation.

Modifying the commissioned artwork without explicit authorization from the artist.

Erasing artist-intended watermarks, signatures, or marks from the artwork.

Replicating the commissioned artwork with the intention of generating profits without authorization.

Using the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes without prior negotiation and formal agreement with the artist.

Distributing and/or using the artwork into emerging tech contexts like NFTs, cryptocurrency, or AI applications.

Exploiting the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes beyond the scope of the agreed-upon project.

Distributing or sharing the commissioned artwork without proper authorization.

I reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at any time for any reason.

If the client cancels before I start, 80% of the full price will be refunded.

If I'm in the process of sketching, 40% will be refunded.

Refunds are not applicable if the client is unsatisfied with the finished piece, as I always confirm satisfaction during the sketching phase.

I will provide a full refund if I am unable to start/finish the commission due to my own circumstances.

If I am unable to reach the client for more than 2 weeks, the order will be cancelled with no refunds.

Please note that I am in the GMT-3 timezone, and I aim to reply to your message within 24 hours. If you don't receive a response, please feel free to resend it.

Failure to respond or communicate effectively may result in the cancellation of the commission. This includes not replying within a few weeks or not maintaining communication with the artist.
